Shipping to the Continental United States
Home Decor Market offers flat rate shipping rates (including insurance) to the Continental United States via UPS Ground Service. Orders $2000.00 and up will not calculate shipping charges in your shopping cart, 11% will be added to your merchandise total after check out.

UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses. A signature may be required for delivery. Home Décor Market is not responsible for orders requesting "no signature required".

Please note that delivery in the Eastern States may take up to 14 calendar days to be received. If you haven't received your order after 14 days, please contact us, be sure to include your order number for prompt service.

NOTE: UPS does NOT include the pickup day, weekend days, or Holidays in calculating the time in transit. Please refer to the UPS Time in Transit map below and add three business days for order processing. Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Delivery times do not include transit time required to destination hub. Holiday seasons may require additional time.

Shipping to Canada
Canada Post is available for orders shipping to Canada. Shipments dispatch weekly on Thursday. Orders must be received by Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. CST in order to ship the same week. Please allow three weeks for delivery. Orders sub-totaling under $74.99 will not calculate the correct shipping costs in the shopping cart; upon processing, your shipping charges will be adjusted to the correct rate as published in the rate table above. Deliveries to Canada are subject to weight restrictions, for a list of restricted products; SKU - 35014, 35107, 35144, 35335, 35337, 36698, 36699, 36700, 38231, 38234, 38836, 38840.

Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders
We cannot cancel or adjust your order as we utilize automated ordering systems. If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee and return freight charges are incurred.

How to Return Orders
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, PLEASE READ DAMAGE CLAIMS FIRST.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 20% restocking fee is charged on non-defective merchandise. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and show no wear. Return the product in the original product box inside an adequate shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip. We must RECEIVE the package within 30 days from purchase date. Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise. If you need assistance please email returns. Please note that packages that have exceeded the thirty day period will be returned C.O.D..

Damage Claims
Inspect your merchandise upon arrival, damage claims will not be honored if reported past 15 days of delivery. If you receive damaged merchandise please contact customer service and include the product SKU number, quantity and defect. Please note that damage claims must be submitted all at once. We will not reship or refund more than once per invoice. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. Do not return the items yourself and incur return shipping costs. All items with a value of $25.00 or more and/or excessive damage claims will require an emailed photo of the damage for immediate replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you are unable to furnish a photo, you may request a pre-paid return label, once we have received the merchandise, we will ship a replacement. Please note this process takes approximately two weeks.
